The theme I choose was "out and about". It is a very broad subject. I took pictures in all different kinds on public places. I want to capture what people see when they go out into the public eye. This picture was taken at Pike's Market Place in Seattle, Washington. I got really close to the main subject, being the apple right up close to the camera. There is emphasis on the certain apple because it appears to look bigger than all the other fruit. If you look at the other fruit a little further down, there is a big difference in size. I used saturation in photoshop to brighten the colors even a little more and used levels to change the contrast.
I really enjoy this picture. The colors of the fruit are so vibrant. I also think it is really cool how you see the fruit ascending down into the pictures and how there is a blurry sign hanging up out in the distance. I don't think I would do anything else to change this photo. I' am happy how it turned out!
I love this!! The colors are insane. Really beautiful composition and lines, too. So this is in Washington state? Too bad Minne couldn't look like this.
